I. Submit your ideas

First, please send your design ideas or sketches to our dedicated customization email address:

customize@whaleframe.com

To help us assess feasibility more accurately, please include the following information in your email:

• Preliminary Sketches: Even if they are hand-drawn or simple diagrams, the more detailed the better.

• Core Dimensions: The expected length, width, and heigh.

• Intended Use: For example, “decorative piece” or “mobile coffee station”.

• Special Requests: Such as specific colors or special cutouts in the sheet.

II. Start the project

Once we receive your email and have preliminarily confirmed the feasibility of the proposal, we will send you an “Approval Notice” email. After you receive the “Approval Notice” email, please proceed to the “Customization Deposit” section on this page.

• Purpose of the deposit: This fee is used to secure your customization slot.

• Benefits: Once the deposit is paid, we will begin preparing the materials.

III. Final payment

Once the proposal is finalized, we will contact you with a detailed list of materials and a quote, and we will send you a “Final Invoice” email.

• Transparent Deduction: The amount of the deposit you have already paid will be deducted from the final invoice.

• One-Click Payment: Simply click the link in the email to be redirected to our website, where you can complete the remaining payment directly—no private transfers required.

• Production: Once payment is complete, we will proceed to the production phase.
