Do you offer customization?
WhaleFrame offers customization services.
We offer two types of customization: one where you provide your own drawings and specifications, and another where you adjust the dimensions of items already listed in our store. For the latter option, customization is available if the product link includes a customization option.
Are assembly tools provided?
Yes, we will provide the necessary assembly tools, such as Allen wrenches.
Shipping
How long will it take for the product to be delivered?
Delivery typically takes about 15 days, depending on the shipping company.

Why does it take a few days for my order to ship?

Corporate orders?
We currently sell direct to consumer through our website—we don't offer corporate or bulk discounts. If you're interested in placing a large order, you can do that through our normal checkout process.
