Warranty
All WhaleFrame products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship (under normal use) for six months from the day they ship.
Warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address. The purchase of any WhaleFrame product via a third party vendor (e.g. eBay, Amazon) will not under any circumstance be covered by our warranty policy.
Any unauthorized modification to the product will automatically void the warranty.
If you need to file a warranty claim, or if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at warranty@whaleframe.com and include your order number along with photos or videos of the issue.
Pricing / Billing
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to not honor typographical errors which may cause incorrect pricing on the website. The full amount is charged when you place your order even if your product is not shipping for a long while.
