The custom dimensions you provide should consist of the length and width determined by the panels, and the height determined by the linear rails. Since assembly methods vary from person to person, the actual dimensions of the final product will also differ.
For example, if you position the aluminum connectors outward, the protruding portion will be approximately 0.4 inches, which will affect the final dimensions.
Acrylic should not come into contact with organic solvents such as alcohol.
